I dont get it.. This seemsnto be one of if not the most promising exo design even with its flaws. The Range of motion you achieved by pneumatic artificial muscles if far beyond a lot of other designs. I might go as far and say your design fornthe arm and the "muscles" itself is better then that of for example the Hacksmith. They have the better sensing for variable movement/pressure wich yourndesign could benefit a lot from. Combine this fith a fitting pressure and valve system and you are onto something. Maybe take a look at IHAM muscles together with EHD pumps to get rid of the compressor and valve problem and this will be a hell of a step up. Again I see so much potential for this ( /these kind of) project(s). You did amazing! Very sad to see you havent uploaded anything new lately..

That's a good idea. You should convert analogic to digital in order to have multiple flexing levels

Pneumatic system is not good it will leave your arm only either fully straight or fully flexed

This is actually incredible, recently I have gotten the idea to make a heavy piece of cosplay armor and I needed a way to make it easier to move with, and this actually gave me an idea how to do it, thanks

Really great to see this, can't wait to see more. I guess the next challenge is to make a prosthetic for the shoulder as more muscles and a ball and socket joint are involved but the same principle could apply as the demonstration. Really wonderful.

Hi, just want to ask that 1)how much bar pressure compressor have you used? 2) What is air pressure inside one muscle? 3) Which grade aluminium have you used? Can you please answer as I am working on some similar project in my college.

Alternatively, you can use oil to air tight the tube the the bent end. This won't allow air to flow. But make sure you stir tube alot so that it gets air tight there.
